LOCUST WALK UNIVERSITY
Our annual onboarding program prepares new hires for success in areas beyond traditional education or prior work experiences. Led by Locust Walk team members, the curriculum includes finance, modeling, deal execution, strategy, and market analytics for a dynamic learning experience.
MENTORSHIP MODEL
Mentorship is an important part of both firm and individual success, aiming to develop the next generation of leaders across the team. Experienced colleagues provide actionable feedback, coaching, advice, and support to aid in the growth journey of each team member.
LOCUST WALK CAFE
One of our core values, Enjoy the Ride, also means that we enjoy each other’s company. We hold regular get togethers to either celebrate the many holidays, birthdays, successes or just to have fun over hors d’oeuvres and a themed drink.
TEAM EVENTS
At Locust Walk, we like to be able to build relationships outside of the office. Our team building activities include service days, F-1,ropes courses, kayaking on the Charles, and games at Fenway. These events offer fun activities aimed at strengthening team relationships.

Locust Walk’s book club is part of our Lunch& Learns to discuss relevant professional development focused books aimed at improving the team’s skills.
