Working in the life sciences, we have the ability to make a positive impact on the world. At Locust Walk, we are committed to bringing positive and lasting change to the communities where we live and work through our skills, time, and resources.
SEASON OF GIVING THANKS INITIATIVE
In 2020 we launched the Season of Giving Thanks initiative, and we are proud to now make this an annual tradition.
Each year, we thoughtfully select a list of life science-affiliated charitable organizations that hold special significance for the Locust Walk team. In an expression of gratitude to our valued partners and friends we make a donation on their behalf to the charitable organization of their choice.
BIOBREAK
BioBreak is a members-only network with the core mission of bringing the best of the executive life science and investor community together to share knowledge and build relationships. BioBreak’s exclusive events include informal networking and affinity group events, offering interactive platforms to address challenges specific to various leadership roles.
Founded by Geoff Meyerson in Philadelphia in 2006, BioBreak emerged to meet the demand for networking opportunities at the executive level. Since its inception, Locust Walk has played a pivotal role in strengthening BioBreak’s presence and impact.

BOOST BY BIOBREAK
A coalition of female life science executives driving industry transformation through focused dialogue and action. As a content-rich subset of BioBreak, Boost serves as a platform for female executives to foster meaningful relationships and collectively catalyze positive change Locust Walk proudly champions Boost by BioBreak, offering thought leadership and steadfast support to advancement of women in life sciences.
