Focusing on a founder-friendly and capital-efficient approach to biotech company creation, we will only invest in companies where Locust Walk is a co-founder. While there are many great opportunities for investment, by fund mandate can only invest where we are intimately involved with a material co-founding role.

- Global Reach: All CEOs will be US-based while technology sourcing will be global.
- Active Management: We take a Board seat on every newco and support capital raising and business development at least through Series A and often beyond.
- Internal Focus: Investing in co-founded companies, aiming for two NewCos per year initially.
